Shipping Availability

Bree Cookie Co. currently offers shipping within Ontario. We carefully package each order to help ensure your cookies arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

Shipping Schedule

All shipped orders are prepared fresh and shipped out every Monday.

Orders must be placed by Friday at 12:00 PM to be included in the following Monday shipment. Orders placed after the Friday cutoff will be shipped on the next available Monday.

Processing & Delivery Times

Please note that shipping times begin once your order has been shipped. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping provider and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (when available).

Freshness & Packaging

Each order is baked fresh and carefully packaged before shipping. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we recommend enjoying your cookies soon after delivery or storing them according to the included recommendations.

Delays & Shipping Issues

Bree Cookie Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can review the issue.
